Throughout 2020 we will be hosting monthly wellbeing talks with our friends at The Health Lodge.
Join us for lunch and learn from Dr Louise Chiasson-Baxtor and her team on how making just little changes to your lifestyle can have a big impact overall, whether it’s diet, posture, mindfulness or exercise, there are ways we can improve our health in a sustainable way. Along with the sessions, you will also receive access to The Health Lodge’s e-learning platform, which offers advice on creating a wellness home, changing your habits for a better environment, 12 steps to achieving mindfulness, and an online nutritional plan to master your metabolism. These include recipes, tips, exercise programs, workouts at your desk, and so much more.

|15th July||Brain Health Builder: Digital Dementia, Parkinsons and other neurodegenerative conditions are on the increase. Learn how to better exercise your mind and feed it the right nutrients.|
|19th August||Natures Expensive Bounty: Eating seasonal produce and varying your diet while also benefiting from locally grown, sustainable, delicious foods.|
|16th September||Stress Less Leadership Summit: Stress vs Pressure, which is it and how do you manage it?|
|21st October||Fitness with Friends: How to start and manage a walking or running or strengthing programme to improve your fitness.|
