Hillingdon Borough Council: Climate Consultation
On 7 April, Hillingdon Borough Council launched a consultation on the Strategic Action Plan in response to the Climate Emergency we are now facing.
The Council has seen a significant reduction in its carbon footprint over the last decade but must make further progress in order to respond to the climate emergency. This will require innovative approaches, changes to operations, and importantly, a collaborative approach for all those in the borough; from residents to businesses to schools and beyond.
They are therefore very keen to see people and businesses engage with this consultation; to share views and thoughts and to be involved in the way we shape the borough to tackle climate change and be prepared for its impacts.
The consultation can be found on this link: www.hillingdon.gov.uk/climate-consultation
There is a survey within the consultation pages that allows you to feedback your views, share your ideas and make suggestions.
The closing date to complete the survey is 20th June.
