Wrap Up London
Clear out your cupboard and do a good deed this winter – Hands On London are collecting your old winter coats to redistribute directly to the people who need them most. Coats will be donated to shelters for the homeless, centres for the elderly, youth groups, community centres, and women and children’s refuges across London.
The coat collection drive for Wrap Up London is still going ahead during Lockdown. Coats can be safely dropped off in a Covid-19 Safe manner at the front lobby of 6-9 The Square by the 20th November or if you would like to see if there is a closer local coat collection point in London, please check the on the main website page as dates and locations vary.
Project Details:
Who: Wrap Up London is Hands On London’s annual coat collection campaign that collects warm coats for distribution to London’s most vulnerable people during the winter months. Last year, over 27,000 coats have been distributed through homeless shelters, women’s refuges, elderly centres and many other London charities.
What: We are collecting only coats, any size for children, youth, as well as adult men and women coats.
Where: Collection boxes are in the lobby of the Regus building at 6-9 The Square during regular business hours and will be done in a Covid-safe manner.
When: Last day to donate is Friday, 20th November 2020
Why: The Imprivata Cares’ mission is to support today’s children and youth and their quality of life through wellbeing and educational initiatives. We channel our passion for teamwork and focus on giving back to the surrounding communities where we work, which makes this a great opportunity for us!
